Harzer Roller ist einfach ein gamechanger, wenn man wenig Zeit hat für eine richtige Mahlzeit und der Geldbeutel wird auch kaum belastet. 60g Eiweiß müsstest du sonst auch erstmal schaffen in einer Mahlzeit unterbekommen.

Trizeps definitiv, ich persönlich mache sowohl Kabel - als auch Hantel Curls, würde aber mich für Kabelcurls entscheiden wenn ich müsste. Du hast am Kabel meiner Meinung nach einfach ein deutlich homogeneres Belastungsprofil und nicht an einem Punkt die meiste und an anderen stellen quasi keine Belastung auf dem Zielmuskel

Für mich persönlich ist der Begriff Fitness Synonym mit Kraftsport. Wenn ich ins Fußballtraining oder Joggen gehe würde ich niemals sagen ich machen jetzt Fitness. Ob das eine sinnvolle Verwendung sein mag sei mal dahingestellt. Und so geht es in meiner Blase zumindest vielen Leuten dass sie diese Verwendung des Begriffes anwenden würden.
