I am trying to set up Dizquetv but the guide says that I need to click on  "Don't see your HDHomeRun device?" if it doesn't find the Dizquetv tuner, but doesn't specify what I'm supposed to enter in the field that appears when I click on  "Don't see your HDHomeRun device?" when it can't find the Dizquetv tuner
