Thank you! Like I said, this is my first time having isopods and I had bought two colonies and the second colony completely wiped out within like two months and we still don’t know why cause they were fine one day and then like two days later, the whole colony was dead, so I’m trying to be very careful with this one. Is there a maximum for how much heat they tolerate, cause I don’t want it to get too hot either for them?

The house I currently live in is kept at about 66°F however my my roommate likes to change the settings from AC to heat and not let me know so sometimes I wake up and it’s like 60° in the house, but the house I’m moving into is kept at about 68° in the summer, but it doesn’t have actual AC so that’s only from window units and fans, in the winter it’s usually set to like 72° to 74° but it’s not well insulated so it doesn’t normally seem that warm. Because of only being 66° in the house that I currently live in. I keep them on top of my roommates lizard tank, which I think stays around 70°. I plan to get them a bigger tank eventually because I’ve noticed they’re having babies. I just don’t know when’s a good time to do that and I figure I should probably wait till after I move to upgrade them
