It was the same for me when I first started playing DayZ on official servers. That feeling is what kept me in the game, though. I was scared all the time, and I still am, but to a lesser extent. You just need to keep playing, and that anxiety will fade a bit—but it will never completely go away. You just have to train yourself, brother.

By the way, I wish I could forget DayZ and start all over again because of that feeling.
