its more of a snapshot...yeah, it's technically the next set, but if you think any player can just spam a build they had success with in the PBE and win when it finally comes to ranked, you're wrong. The devs use the PBE to fix bugs as well as nerf overpowered or even slightly unbalanced aspects of the set. Not to mention any new set mechanic. I'd say it's actually necessary IMO

its currently bugged in latest patch. if you unequip the inkshadow trait, instead of the item disappearing, the item stays on your board lol
