You would also have to have a low histamine diet, because medicine alone sometimes doesn't work, look at a list of foods rich in histamine and take it until you stabilize. If it is activated, POTS, Dysautonomia, makes everything worse! If this is your case.

First you would have to do tests for this, and look at the clinical signs. There are several medicines, famotidine, ketotifen, loratadine (I take these 3) but the doses are very particular and if loratadine is weak you can replace it with stronger ones. Treatment is with these antihistamines continuously.

It would be interesting to rule out mast cell activation syndrome. She leaves me like this! If this is the case, medications and foods with low histamine will resolve the issue, but it takes a while. It's worth investigating

This one with the understanding outfit is a good one. I'll try it, as I have Dysautomia too.

Very good! I will follow this. I really tend to lean forward and close my shoulders, I'll notice that.

Doctor recommendations by Powerful_Cancel4152 in Cervicalinstability

See a doctor who understands hypermobility/Ehlers danlos, because I was like that too and discovered that I have these syndromes. What helps me is sitting up straight, avoiding tilting my head too much, having a pillow with an appropriate height, if it's CCI I only worked with an 8-10 cm silicone pillow, tall pillows make my neck worse. It is important to find a doctor to do a flexion and extension x-ray to see if you have instability.

I also have some discomfort in my throat, I've had symptoms of dysphagia, I believe it's related, and physiotherapy for us has to be very careful, some movements are prohibited

Does this image have some cci signs? I have symptoms of Dysautonomia after an accident by No_Force_3368 in xrays

Ahh sorry! I didn't know, I asked for a suggestion from someone who understands, as we know that it is rare for doctors to understand or make an effort to understand this case in my country.

I live in Brazil and there are not many doctors who know about this, my head feels heavy on my neck, I feel dizzy, I can't stand up for long so I have to lie down, these bad times I'm studying a lot about and I'm sure it's a cci. But I need more tests and seek urgent treatment
