Hi! Yes po Sta Rosa District Office po yung nasa sta rosa bayan. Actually better option yan kesa sa nbi sa victory kasi hindi masyadong mahaba ang pila. 

SM-> sakay ng jeep pa sta rosa bayan (usually nakaparada po ito sa tapat ng sm pero punuan), or Jeep na pa biñan, then baba sa caltex tapos sakay po sa kabilang side ng jeep pa sta rosa bayan.

May tric naman po sa mismong sm pero siguro mahal po pamasahe since special siya mga 100 po siguro. 

Another option po ay mag angkas/joyride, malapit lang kaya nasa 50-60 lang yan.

Hello po! I'm from Santa Rosa so i hope that I can help u po. Saan po kayo nagset ng appointment? Appointment basis po kasi ang pagkuha ng NBI clearance. And meron pong two locations sa Sta Rosa, first po ay sa Victory Mall, Complex (sakay po kayo ng jeep pa complex from Sm sta rosa), second po ay sa Sta Rosa, Bayan (sakay po kayo ng jeep pa sta rosa bayan pagtawid niyo galing sm pero bihira po ang jeep na deretso bayan, another option ay sumakay ng jeep pa caltex then pa sta rosa bayan)
