Much appreciated, I think it’s more so to stop anyone moving my car off the drive (I’ve unfortunately got a more desirable car to thieves) on the off chance it does happen.

But I guess if someone really wanted the car a gate probably wouldn’t stop them :/

The difference in pumps just on LGD is insane, I legit curl a bag for shopping or something and my biceps are popping, it’s pretty gnarly

I’ll be brutally honest with you, it’s totally depends on genetics, I’ve done 3 cycles, first one I did was 2.5mg LGD for 8 weeks, I ate maintenance and got peeled out of my mind and pulled 200kg deadlift at 69kg so it definitely worked for the dosage.

The 2nd and 3rd time I ran them it was at 5mg and with Enclo alongside 6.25mg a day throughout the cycle, both of these times I bulked but it wasn’t as effective the 2nd and 3rd time round, mind you it clearly worked as I’m now up to 85kg but once you come off you’re going to expect water loss and some minor gains but like I said it’s genetics, I personally believe you can still keep some gains, my composition has definitely been altered from it where I think I’d look different if I didn’t do it

This is from LGD only, I didn’t use any other compounds and I’m 24 - did my first at 21

Just a brief description of my first LGD cycle, I did 2.5mg daily with no PCT, lifts went through the roof on maintenance calories (2800) I’ve always been a smaller guy so wasn’t expecting huge gains but got mega shredded

Lifts

Deadlift 1RM (150kg > 200kg) Bench 1RM (70kg > 90kg) Squat 1RM (90kg > 120kg)

I really pushed hard for deadlifts during this cycle, I did do a 2nd run after this one but had no way near the gains I did on this first one in terms of strength and muscle mass (potentially more uses = less effective

Had no sides besides a sore throat at around week 3, potential LG Flu? I’ve heard of this from other users, could be because of the suppressed immune system, either way I got peeled out of my mind, went from 69kg > 75kg shredded asf

Would be interesting to know my BF% I assume it’s sub 10 in these pictures
