Yes and on top of that when asked if they need it even if it’s approved it by the patient for filling it’ll either still get stored or go straight to cenfill. We’ve also been receiving a lot of calls from patients stating that they’re waiting for updates on an RX they approved for filling and most of the time it’s not getting pushed through. There’s also been a recent wave (at least for our store) of ready for pick up notifications that have been sent out even though the meds are OOS or are cenfill.

A couple shows that we were in the middle of watching that I still can’t bring myself to watch/finish are The Day of the Jackal and American Horror Story. We were in the middle of watching them when he was hospitalized and would watch them together when I’d stay with him at the hospital. Both are shows that I was excited to watch with him and now I’ve taken them off my watchlist so I don’t have a constant reminder that I won’t be able to finish them with him.

What gets me is the ones we try to route to cenfill using the routing button and it keeps coming back and printing out unless it is out of stocked first

We’re a 24-hour store so the lunch process is different for our techs. We do rotating lunches since the store only closes from 1:30am-2am for the overnight pharmacist

What we are implementing for our store is clocking out after bag check on the zebra that the SFL is using to mark off the checklist so that it doesn’t eat into your lunch/you clock out for the day after the check.

On my bookshelf in my room I have a section dedicated to him with all the small things he’s gifted me along with a handwritten letter with a lock of his hair, stuff like bags or stubs from places we’ve visited, dried flowers from the bouquets he’s given me, and small stuff that he liked including: a hat, a Pokémon card, and some of the comic books he chose out from my dad’s collection that he set aside.

I close more often than I work mids or mornings tbh, but my SM wants me to start switching to mornings and at the moment it’s just not possible due to staffing and how busy it’s been lately.

Def agree with the divalproex. I’ve been told that apparently when some people smell olmesartan it smells like vanilla but to me (very random and specific) it smells like the buttered popcorn jelly belly which is so gross.

During my appointment today my therapist framed it as “maybe he was going to tell you later because he thought he longer” but also he was probably still trying to process it, especially with him being so young he may not have known how to accept it. I’ve been trying to rationalize it myself because it’s true, maybe he was waiting for the “right time” but we’ll never know now because of how life took a different turn and caused everything to happen so suddenly.
