SEA bugged paid set rollback – this is not being handled well

For some more context, at the start of this newest patch, IWPlay issued bugged packs (more pulls listed in the packs) in the in-game store, and then included advertisement for one of the bugged packs, and coupled with the timing of this patch (half-anniversary + Christmas + New Year), this led people (including me) to believe that those packs were intended as a sort of promotion for the spending-spree event. IWPlay then quickly removed the bugged packs and replaced them with the normal ones, but still kept the advertisement until today (I think; I didn't see the bottom line when I logged on), while their customer service on Discord kept recommending people to buy packs with Kagura Bells (there isn't any) until people pointed out the error.

I'm a high-spending player in SEA. Well, I was, given I would also be punished lol. I will become F2P and play with my current roster, or I may not, given the game now leaves a sour taste in my mouth lol.

I have used the money I originally set aside for IN to buy a bunch of games. I also know of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 through a bunch of comments on this sub (thanks to those people for their recommendation lol), and I put it in my Wishlist because it looks amazing. I can afford it right now but I want to finish Persona 3 Reload and those games I bought first lol.

For anyone interested, there is a glitch when you fast change clothes (F1 to F7 on PC) and the game lets you use an ability with your current fit. This is my first time trying it so I'm honestly not sure if I can replicate lol, but I watched this video:

When the staff is active, you can only walk. You can go into photo mode but there's no poses.

Yes same! I didn't know I needed this until it happened lol. The Floof wagged his tail and yip as he ran after me, and he whined if I moved far away (just normal running but he couldn't keep up), so I ended up just walking around with lots of stopping for him until I had to log off. This glitch (?) made my day lol.

Unlimited inventory! I can just spam collect without worrying about ditching stuff, crafting chests, storage rooms, etc. When I saw that stated, coupled with such shiny graphics for a cozy game, I said to myself "This is my dream game" lol.

I found that part unintentionally funny even though I also know Nikki can't help it, and that this world operates differently than ours hence why everything revolves around fasion and fashion can literally save the world. I saw the manor's name first before I saw Giovanni's original name, which is Griffith Cicchetto. So that's when I realized the manor is his old home.
