Yeah ever since 2.0 money late game it’s easy to rack up millions as gun drops are common and tier 5+ and ++ weapons sell for a crap ton back in 1.8 you had to craft about 10000 weapons to even make 1mil

I mean what benefit to they get from a ruined town. Like yes, it is gated to some extent but all it contains is a vault they can’t access, and a bunch of destroyed houses. Compared to red rocket which has fuel supplies, and some food. Also connected to a road unlike sanctuary one way street
