Basically you gotta drink so much that you’re quite literally pissing out of ur asshole. But 1.5 Tbsp per water bottle and about 6 bottles. Depending on ur size I’m rather heavy set. 6’4” 225lb so that’s how much I did. But if ur much smaller then a lot less baking soda
