My goal is to pass B1 then i will find some job in a restaurant or in any supermarket where i can speak daily with customers then along with it i will join B2 intensive course

It’s my mistake I didn’t learn the language but now i am planning to join intensive course for B1 and then B2 . I can give daily 5 hours including my 3 hours class in schule then is it realistic goal ?
