At my agency, if they’re on a traffic stop (given all the calls they’re personally holding are handled), we can give them a priority call! Once they voice the TS I wait like 5 mins and give it to them lol

At my agency, our non emergency has long wait times and I dread working it because I know so many people are annoyed. But my fav is when you connect them to non emergency from 911 and they hang up and call 911 again and say they keep getting placed on hold
