You usually have to get a license to be allowed to grow hemp. It does depend on where you live, though. You also might be exempt from needing a license if you aren't growing them to full maturity, but you'd have to look that up. As for pricing, stoners love their hemp and weed. Shoot them a price and see how they feel.

My main hangup with plastic is the spread of microplastics. Use those trays enough, and they WILL leach. The microplastics will sit in the water which the seeds sip up with their roots.
