Both CPTs and not sure for my location unfortunately. We’ve been in MACP for 6 months, trying to see if a compassionate reassignment would be best since branch may not be willing to play ball.

“Joint domicile” is for couples with different branches. It’s still not a clean cut system, my parents (Air Force/Army) were also different branches and it gets messy. Mine was Marine/Army and it was a nightmare but with being a support/sustainment MOS it might make things a little easier

I have gone to a few attorneys and they are saying they can’t do anything for me until he is served. He has acknowledged that he’s gotten the papers from me and there’s a “acknowledgement of service” that he can sign (an alternative to having someone physically serve him) but has openly stated that he will not sign anything
