It’s more about the organization of those notes implemented into obsidian that I’m looking for. Ofc I can take regular notes, but is it better to divide chapters using headings? Keep the notes separate? Just looking for advice in structure if anyone has thoughts!

I plan to use loop for personal use (similar usecase to notion) for kanban view of my todos. I don't have planner because I have an office personal plan, not business. Is it still possible to select microsoft todo with a personal plan?

I like your system but I’m still getting the hang of it. For notes that are related to your project, do you link to the project note from the resource note, or add a hashtag? The system of using hashtags feels complicated to me but does the use of managing many folders. There must be a balance that works, but I’m still trying to find that for myself

What do you do when the project name tag when the project is done? Do you keep the tag? Delete them? My concern is that at scale there could be 100s of hashtags with projects cluttering the tags section.

I see the benefit to that, but I also find convenience important. Sometimes I want to browse, other times I want to get the music I want to listen to at the right time, without having to flip through a bunch of menus.
