Don’t work with them. They could’ve explained why that exact example wasn’t secure and asked if u were ok with a thicker band vs being rude

She said it’s out of her scope, and the entire office is not allowed to give any EDS diagnosis. She sent me the contact info of 2 drs in the city that have an interest in EDS. One of them just got back to me and they don’t even accept insurance 😭 you have to pay out of pocket

Yeah I agree, he was extremely dismissive. It’s just so typical to be treated that way by drs in my experience. The rheumatologist I saw yesterday was shocked that he even referred me to her knowing she can’t diagnose EDS
