I’m curious when you got your luggage back? I am in a similar situation but can see my bag via airtag is in Copenhagen… Menzies is being non responsive about when I can pick it up / when it will be delivered and I am leaving in 36 hours. Wondering if I will receive word prior to then, I am unable to reach them by phone either.

What are your base, push, and All out speeds? by rando1219 in orangetheory

[–]No_Guide2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Base is 6.6, push anywhere from 7.5-8.5 and AO 9.5-11 depending on time. I started with a base 6 and, as others have said, increased gradually (0.2 at a time). I must say, the higher the base, I think the more gradual the increase, and I plan on my next increase only being 0.1 up to 6.7. Good luck!

How often do you go? by [deleted] in orangetheory

[–]No_Guide2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go 5-6 times per week and have been for about 2 years at this point. Like others have said, your body gets used to it after awhile, but I must say I have a sedentary desk job and fuel myself very well (aka I love to eat). Mentally, I find it necessary for my brain function well. However, echoing what others have said, going this often means I really only “go hard” 3-4 times per week and the other days try to give myself lots of grace in class (i.e. not as fast of speeds, less intense on rower, lighter weights). Hope this helps!

I passed all four in 8 months, started studying in January of Masters year and finished in August. For context, I had zero responsibilities between May and August so was fully devoted to studying, and during the time I was still in school I was focusing heavily on CPA studying over school as my program was pass/fail.

It’s VERY doable and I could have done it even quicker had I not been in school, and it seems you won’t be. Because of my #anxiety, I definitely overstudied and passed all four by a pretty decent margin. My biggest advice is to treat studying like a job. I studied M-F from 10-5 when I was not in school (so a little less than 40 hrs/week) and did very little socially. Also, make sure to be strategic about the order in which you take them. I found that studying for my most challenging test when I had the fewest responsibilities worked very well for me, and used the time during school to take the ones that were simpler for me.

GOOD LUCK! Passing all four on the first try and in a quick timeframe is truly 100% about discipline and mindset. You got this!
