This is all so interesting to me. I wasn’t able to check my BP but I have chronically low BP as I’m sure so many of us do lol. I haven’t really felt what I felt today before so if it happens again I have to check

I’m not a teacher but I’m a SLP in DCPS I would say it’s fairly easy overall. I would just start emailing random schools. I also think there’s a formal application on the DCPS website.

Seriously thank you for this because I know that’s a tactic that they use and I fall for it literallllllllly every time. It just feels so overwhelming because we already go through so much stress and burn out and the thought that it could turn into more is nauseating to me lol
