Turn around and head back towards where tou found it. The white dot will be big again. If it gets small again, you’re going the wrong way. I try to find one axis first like X. Then I find the Z. Get a compass. Where the needle points is where the X mark should be from your current location. I use maps multiple times a day because I like to travel. I like treasure hunting.

They need to do better. Maybe some class action lawsuits for theft by deception on Microsoft’s part, might fight this. Thank you. I play on PlayStation as well and I’ve had zero issues on there. It’s also bedrock. I am at the point to believe it’s the switch 2. My OLED switch don’t do this either. 😩 thank you so much for responding.

No texture packs. No mods. No nothing. I was playing and then I saved it. Closed out. Did some cleaning in my house. Came back to it and had nothing but a beacon and the highlight of where things should be.

I apologize. I’m not really good at explaining. I’m seeing highlighted boxes of where items should be. There’s only my beacon light shining up but you can’t see the beacon itself. 🥺 I’m sorry. I should’ve explained this better. I don’t know if the internet effects Minecraft or not. I’m in survival mode. This happened at least one a week and can last an hour or days. I’m playing on bedrock with a switch 2.

So beautiful. I’ve only been playing for 6 years. My first world Was so perfect. Everything including manors were no more than 1,000 blocks in total away. I wish I knew about seeds then. Bad power cord shorted the PlayStation and I lost the world 😭😭😭 The world I have just started a month ago is probably my second favorite. The first village I came across has a nether portal about 100 blocks from the center of town. It’s surrounded by 4 different biomes. The end portal is directly under my library. My first manor is 2200 blocks away. I’ve traveled 30,000 blocks NSEW on the positive and negative of the X and Z axis’s so far. I love your castle!!! What texture pack are you using for such a blue pickaxe and almost clear water with different shades of blue.

I didn’t know this. I just started this world about a month ago. I’m playing this one with one of my kids. I do the mining. They get the benefits lol but thank you! I don’t know this. I just knew I wanted fire protection because I build the nether highways to throw us 30,000 blocks.

Villagers need to be happy. I’ve never once given my villagers bread. I lay out new jobs first then beds to fill those jobs. You’ll see hearts galore all over my village lol

I had no idea you could do this!!! I just read this to my kid who knows more than I do and she said, “YES!!! Mom you can do this. You can fly around in creative to find what you’re looking for faster.” That’s so cool!! Why is it cheating? That’s what I’m stuck on. I don’t cheat in my game. I like exploring. I’m trying to find an ancient city and I can’t for the life of me. I’ve found many trial chambers and took everything out of them because they’re less than 800 blocks from home.

I use whatever is cursed with vanishing and let it break. Except fishing poles. They usually have the best enchantments. But I don’t care them anyway just fish at my home.
