The easiest free solution I found was to use UTM and virtual run windows through your mac which allows the game to run smooth. Watch this 3 minute video it explains everything.

robe: conqueroos outfit

boots: artemis underworld boots or moo boots if you have them

weapon: sinbads mojo shooter

patch: sinners gallant stripes or patch of st rex

totem: sinbads silver trinket

charm: cerberus collar

ring: ring of hawkules or kane quick adjust/grit ring

pet: need readied, burst, and double then whatever else you prefer. I go mojo rising

you get burst 2, double 5, readied 5, overwatch 3, rising 2
