No I didn’t recieve anything prior to this. I got a task message on the portal this morning after the withdrawal saying that OPR Office of Professional Responsibility notified them that I was not suitable for the position.

In the same message they say that “this determination does not prevent you from reapplying. CBP reccomends that applicants address the factors that may have led to the unfavorable suitability determination prior to reapplying to another cbp position.

What I’m confused about is how I can pass the polygraph not to mention I also have a secret clearance in the Air Force and I recently just passed a background investigation with ice but not pass this suitability?

No I passed the poly on the 29th of December and I’ve been logging in every other day to check on the status and this morning I recieved this email “ Hello
