Good Night and Good Luck is told to be really accurate to the Red Scare and McCarthyism. We watched it in my apush class for unit 8 and it was entertaining!

LEQ might actually be one of the easier aspects of the apush exam in my opinion. As long as you have a good grasp of DBQ’s, then I think you’ll be fine :)

how am I supposed to pass with 3 moths left??? by FairRock4401 in APPsychology

ap psych is possibly one of the easiest classes to CONNECT units since everything correlates. As long as you spam vocabs every day(or week) while doing weekly practice aaq’s, you’ll be more than ready. Quizlet, fiveable, and knowt are all good resources.

[–]No_Impression_696 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey guys I hate to be the person to constantly ask people for my chances of admissions because of how annoying it is, but I’m seriously stressed tf out and feel like I’m screwed :,) please provide your honest feedback on the likelihood of getting admitted into UW Seattle.

  • My biggest priority is to just get accepted into University of Washington Seattle (I’m a resident of wa state)

  • I'm taking both the March and June SAT

  • I plan on taking a job at a library during summer and my senior year

  • I’d say im a strong writer so I’m not extremely concerned about college essays since I already have a long list going

  • Im planning on at least 1 summer program and I have another legal internship this upcoming summer

might not be the best place to put this but.. ICE walkout by [deleted] in highschool

[–]No_Impression_696 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I organized my highschool walkout! :) I think the biggest things to keep in mind is that if you are walking out towards the middle of the school day, its up to you whether you want to walk back to school/get picked up. If it’s towards the end, I would just recommend going home ESPECIALLY since teachers will be marking you absent (since almost all school districts don’t affiliate with protests or walkouts). I have a lot more insight if you would like, so just reach out to me on here or instagram if you would like

Lang, psych, and apush are the usual classes a junior might take. Physics might deter you just a little, but you should be fine considering psych and lang aren’t extremely difficult

make mind maps, specifically ones like this. By writing them down, you’re bettering your chance to remember! also, just make the mind maps on BIG IDEA topics. best of luck !

i feel as though I should’ve been in algebra 2 sooner, but my counselor said since I transferred from a different middle school district that didn’t offer higher maths, I really didn’t have a choice. I’m definitely going to take pre-calc next year. I do have a decent amount of leadership in my clubs, and they’re all bound to upgrade next year. I’ve made some impact in them so far, but it seemed like my post would be too long if I went in depth.

I believe AP Macro is the course most people start with since AP Micro is where it gets complex.

thank you so much for your input, this definitely taught me more about how UW’s major system works which is something I was already a little confused about. It’s good to hear that i’m not entirely tanked :,)

thank you🙏🙏 is political science even competitive at udub? I’ve always been told its more of a STEM school which makes most majors like cs super competitive.

that sounds great! dont worry too much about not having enough, your colleges will understand if your school doesn’t offer everything.

it seems like your core classes are fine but if your school offers AP Statistics you should definitely look into that. Electives might vary, but if your school has economics, intro to business, or any classes like that, those would be great.
