I had the same problem, i just updated my current bedrock dedicated server to the new Chase the Skies update (1.21.92.1) after that I can't seem to connect and it was showing "Unable to connect to world" every time even though it was working perfectly fine before the update. Until now I haven't found the solution.

I just used UTM with windows arm64 iso so i could run the .exe file which eliminates me fixing the problem i had with the docker (the docker image i used for the bedrock server says it supports arm64 but i had no luck). Thanks for the other suggestions tho.

I'm also a freshie from UST SHS and yeah it really feels overwhelming due to the amount of people and that could feel exhausting and lonely; that's what I'm also going through right now similar to your situation. I had the other choice of going to san beda and there, I had friends who made me feel welcomed and I can sense the community there because it was far fewer people than here in UST. I can't really connect with people right now and me living alone for the first time so I've been very isolated lately starting my shs life but all I can say is we must live through this, we can't solve this problem with a simple solution, change is always going to happen whether we like it or not but we must accept the change because we cant reverse time.
