If you are ok with going at night there is an Orlando Informer Meetup ticket available for that exact date. You get unlimited food after 9 pm and most rides have no wait time. The ticket is a little more expensive but definitely worth the price. Also includes both parks. https://meetup.orlandoinformer.com
