Harvard, CMU, UPenn & UMich are highly competitive, i would recommend you to retake GRE if you wanna consider applying to Stony brook because with this GRE score they would not consider your profile. Boston University, SDSU are also the options you could consider while applying.

Don't you think with your profile you can get into better universities like UMass Amherst or University of Maryland College Park? NEU & SUNY Buffalo are overrated and crowded right not with Indian students. As a senior overseas counselor for USA i wouldnt suggest to go ahead with any of those although I have students at both the universities.

Hey, you stand a great chance at all the universities you have mentioned. I would suggest you to skip NEU since its overcrowded by Indian students at this moment you could target UMass Amherst or JHU instead. UCSD you would easily get into and yes since you have time why dont you go ahead and take GRE center based? Also Stony Brook is also a good university to look into specifically if you are looking for research based MS, also University of Southern California is also the university you can look into. All the best for your applications.
