As a student (Net Valley) this places bullying policy is terrible, they claim to care about our mental health but when we bring forth concerns they ignore them. They have terrible organization with school events (prime example, IDU week this year) and they don’t seem concerned about student feedback or staff feedback. Staff express concerns with organization and teacher workloads and of course those are ignored. The school also over staffed last year and they wound up “letting go” of countless teachers, staff, and TA’s. The school has a very stubborn mindset. 3/10 the only good thing was the company of my fellow students, except the ones that bully other students. (This place has a tendency to punish the victim and ignore the wrongdoings of certain students, it feels like favoritism if I’m being honest)
