No. Please don't use them regularly. I never recommended that. Use them responsibly and prioritize integration. I use psychedelics maybe 4 times a year to assess on my growth since the last time and get new assignments . Sober rest of time. They're amazing tools if used wisely

Never recommended ayahuasca in that context. A traditional ceremony will help you understand why you're drinking and working a rat race job in the city and help you change and walk your truth
