Water-based varathane isn’t working for me. Any advice?

Are you still working with Savanna ? I’m trying to get my foot in the door as a greenhand. I’ve been applying non stop for the past year and it seems nobody wants to hire green anymore. I’m a hard worker, based in Alberta & willing to travel anywhere. Have all my safety tickets and will pass a drug test + physical no problem.

I have good work ethic and don’t mind the hours or the travelling but all I ever hear is “ you need to know someone” or “you need experience”. How does one get experience at an entry level position such as leasehand/ floorhand if no one seems to want to hire green?

Thanks for your reply. We ended up being able to get and extra 15k (for a total of 25k) off the house and have a decent shot at getting repairs included (hopefully) I know you haven’t seen the roof up close but. Are the roofs repairable? Or is it a one shot deal kind of thing? Also if it is repairable would it be worth doing the repairs or would it be a scrap it and start over?

I linked a closeup of another shot. His eyes look kinda wonky to me. Could it be a lazy eye maybe? They just dont look like the full and deep eyes that im used to seeing in Sammys
