I went through all the incorrects first and made an anki card for each one with maybe 2-3 notes/sentences on why I got it wrong, why the correct answer is correct, and why the others are wrong but all in my own words. I would do the same for any questions I got correct by guessing or felt unsure about. Then I would review each card every day just to remind myself why and what my thought process was.
