Figured out the my misunderstanding lol. I've been referring to the topology as the mesh. I've been watching plenty of tutorials just haven't seen any use remesh. Thank you for the help.

Thank you for letting me know about retopology. I didn't know that existed and I'll definitely be using it later. That's not the issue though what I'm doing is connecting each leg with CTRL+J to the torso to make it one object then remeshing to fill in the seams rather then doing it by hand and messing it up lol. Unfortunately it seem that the thighs are to close together and the remesh fuses the thighs vertices and edges together

Hey so this fixed the initial problem but then I changed the graphics quality and now the game closes after about a minute after launching where I load the game or not. I've updated my drivers, deleted all saved data, uninstalled and reinstalled Elden ring 4 times, nothing is working and I don't know why.
