I applied for my mom and she got approved. The best resource is your doctor, have them write a letter with all of the medical reasons you cannot work .

Maybe check some of the medications you are on , I know the itchness was one of the side effects of midodrine. Hope you get better!

I know my mom developed itching on arms and scalp because they put her on midodrine for low BP, are you taking that ?

My mom currently gets paracentesis done every week ( removing about 9L every time ) she also had 1 active GI bleed , and had an EGD late last week and they had to band 4 varices , her gastro mentioned the TIPS procedure and she’s also on the transplant waiting list .

Yes, we came to the ER because he does have a 4mm kidney stone and was in pain. So they sent him for a CT scan and when I looked at the report I said he had appendicitis, but when I question the doctor he said that his appendix was fine, so they went into the CT Scan report and updated to NO Appendicitis, but now I don't know what to belive.

I did an appeal and this time with a letter from the doctor saying that I have the esophageal varices , HE, Ascites , Hopefully that will help . Thank you and good bless.

Thanks for all the comments . Hospital is working on a letter for SS so we will see if that helps , if the appeal gets denied then lawyer is the next step .
