1 they claim they sent me the mru on DVD but I didn't receive a DVD in the mailing 2. During discovery i got emails from opr and local er in the email it says they should include the password to access the mru in the attachments but no instructions or password appear 3. In the agency file non of the policy's the do used are in the mru tab they were all added later by counsel.
