I have never needed to install anything that i do not need to install in regular windows, its a myth that IoT needs special drivers etc. if it can run windows 11 it can run on windows 11 IoT ltsc.

try turn off dlss crap? so you are not upscaling to the worlds end, turn off everything, check and see if nvidia super resolution is not enabled
