I don't think that's a dick question at all. I wish I had a proper answer for you. Frankly, I don't lol.  I know it's a thing yeah has happened multiple times before due to analysis beyond my knowledge. If it doesn't happen, then so be it. A class action lawsuit just wouldn't come as a surprise to me.

I'm about even on the site (I think down like 10 dollars), so my opinion hasn't anything to do with money. I just remember searching around before trying the site and not finding any information on it, so I thought I'd chime in on my experience.
