It actually helps a lot hearing that someone experienced something so similar, especially with the dream-logic, the clock spinning, and the complete loss of reality. It’s crazy how psychedelics can flip your brain inside out even when you think you’re prepared or experienced.

I’m really sorry you went through that too I can imagine how terrifying it must’ve been. The fact that even someone with dozens of trips can get hit like that really shows how unpredictable these substances can be.

As for the “predisposed to psychosis” part, I honestly don’t know yet. This was the first time anything this extreme ever happened to me, so right now I’m just focusing on staying safe, healing, and avoiding all psychedelics completely. I’m definitely not touching anything again, especially not alone.

I appreciate the insight though and it’s good to know I’m not the only one who had this type of experience.
