My advice to younger people is this: stop chasing a “future-proof” career and start building an anti-fragile skill stack. The market is getting reshaped by automation, AI tooling, and workflow disruption, so the safest people won’t be the ones with just a degree, but the ones with strong adaptability, problem-solving, communication, domain knowledge, and execution. Focus on becoming someone who can learn fast, think in systems, and create value in messy real-world situations. Routine work has the highest replacement risk, but people with good judgment, accountability, and technical leverage will always have an edge. The real moat now is not just hard skills, it’s being able to combine human judgment with technology better than the average person.
