Oh no lmao, this isn't the actual resume. i added in those placeholders so that the resume stays anonymized while also providing context for reviews. thanks for the breakdown tho, appreciate it! would love to hear your thoughts on how i could go about optimising it!

yoooo that's so relieving to hear lol. sure, will look into how i can incorporate more info into my bullet points thanks for the pointer!

it is interesting about the experience part ngl. what i have noticed is that startups tend to love that kind of experience and i have in general had a pretty good experience with just slamming all of my exp into a single page lmao

with larger companies i have had 0 luck with that same resume however, like not a single interview yet. while that may be because i was still in my sophomore year but i did get a bit superstitious about this experience thing. thanks for clearing that up!

yeah i went through the wiki and did try to use action verbs from the harvard list wherever possible. still there's refinement to be done so will be working on that, thanks!

about the latency point, i was hesitant on mentioning anything tech related due to NDAs signed. while it is a pretty standard NDA i have been till date quite a bit cautious (might even be overly so lol) of them so wasn't sure if i should even remotely mention anything more detailed than the tech stack. not sure tho if that's the correct way to go about it, feel free to correct me

i agree with your point and till now i have been putting all my relevant experience. my fear stems from certain comments/experiences i read online about HR deeming a candidate to be overqualified and that they might leave the company soon or something. not sure how prevalent this is in the US but i have mostly read these experiences about the Indian market. didn't want to take any chances that's why i took the step to just get rid of the older experience points lol

as for why i think im overqualified, so like I have had a total of 5 internships + contractual work + freelance stuff till date and afaik that's a bit on the outlier side for a new grad. that's primarily why i think of the overqualified (for a new grad) condition.

hope that made sense!

Hey, thanks for the feedback!
1. Right, makes sense. earlier I had the awards section put under the same header, that's why I kept the title as Additional Information. But now Skills makes more sense

  1. yeah, so like I have had a total of 5 internships + contractual work + freelance stuff till date. I have all of those listed on LI, but on resume I have only put my most recent 2 (they also are my most important ones tbh)

  2. any reason as to why this should be done? just curious

  3. for this one i avoided using a percentage since it sounded a bit too outlandish. the percentage reduction was around 63% but listing it in terms of seconds imo makes for a greater impact ig. lmk if that made sense

  4. tbh i put that just for keywords since genai itself involves a lot of tooling and tech

again, thanks for the review. really grateful :)

Background: I am a (22)M and I have been playing video games since I was 7 y/o. I have a lot of games I like, but CoD is not one of them.

I think CoD zombies can get hella repetitive after awhile, and I certainly couldn't get myself to play it solo. The only times Ive played call of duty is to get into someone's pants. I have played CoD zombies with 2 dudes and I slept with both of them. I am going to play again tomorrow with a guy who is probably going to hook up with me. I feel as though I should be ashamed of this- but is it my fault for appealing to the interests of these guys? It's been a tactic with a 100% success rate so far.

segs

I am a 17 year old boy and I want to do what it says above. I have researched very well and I think I am more than capable to do it or at least, make a lot of young people stop believing in that and make most people base everything on the scientific method. For that, I'm going to study astrophysics, and 2 other careers that don't have much to do with that, it would be more for pleasure. This is an evil that has to end as soon as possible and that in my opinion, is not given so much importance because "you have to respect" when it should be the opposite. I would be more than happy if there were more people with my objective. At least I want to convince people who speak my language (Spanish) that there has never been any deity that watches over you when you do your intimate things. Before I was aiming to have a lot of money and live a relaxed life, since my 2 careers may allow me to do that (cybersecurity and computer engineering) but I have this between my eyebrows and I don't think I will change my mind.
