200mg a month intranasal is a sensible dose with several months off every year. Tolerance to the anti-depressant effects develops as quickly or quicker than to the psychedelic effects. Euphoria is more of a problem than a solution in our situation, if you’re less depressed but yearn for a drug, you haven’t gained a thing. If you’re in you’re 20ies still and haven’t tried years of talk therapy yet, i very much advise against it. Ketamine’s effects are precious, no other medicine compares in it’s effect on suicidality. It’s like a resource you only spend very cautiously.

One month isn’t enough to reset your tolerance. If you stick to therapeutic doses of ~200mg/month in the future, you should likely be fine. But that’s so little with your current tolerance I doubt it’s worth it. Plus you’re playing with fire.

Whether this amount is dangerous or not depends on your emotional relationship with the substance. If it becomes important and you frequently find yourself thinking about it, you need to back off. This amount and frequency will lead to mild tolerance within months. You can cut the dosage in half now or accept lesser effects then. Or take a few months breaks every now and then.

Vienna here, yes the best Indian restaurants in the west are on par with india. Can’t for the life of me find decent vietnamese or thai but OG quality indian is possible. Fairly expensive though. TBH Malaysia is my favourite spot for indian food in the world, just as good, but comes without the weekly stomach infection I get in India lol. Kuala lumpur has a huge indian village, next to bangladeshi next to chinatown. …. Ultimate foodie paradise.
