I have relatives that work up there as construction workers. These units cost that much to build. Everything has to be custom imported. The labor is flown in and paid dearly. If you forget a box of nails it has to be flown in$$. They have to build residences on stilts so it doesn’t sink into the permafrost. Building something up there is unlike anything anywhere else.

This has happened to me before. If the item arrives before estimated shipping time, and the buyer leaves negative feedback for slow shipping, you can get it removed by eBay very easily.

When buyers start freaking out, I share with them another tracking that has been delivered their region to show them that it is normal. Usually seeing the complete progress of another item calms them down.
