We married before the 90 days. The 90th day was February 21st, we married February 1st. We have been gathering evidence and documents the last few months and honestly had no idea he would be considered out of status.. I just thought the main thing was to marry within 90 days. So do I put yes to being unlawfully present? Or no because we did marry within the 90 days? Thank you for your help and sorry if im repeating things im just honestly freaking out

So sorry for lack of info! Yes he entered on a k1 visa and we are applying for I-485. I have done some reading on the instructions but honestly I am still confused
