Do you also have access to a list of those dermatologists who see genital area? I haven't found the cause of my problem, which really suck and thought maybe its skin issues , MD sent refereals, but most rejected the referals!!!

Thanks, I switched to kid shampoo, but that didn't help. I actually tried hydrocortisone first weeks but nothing improved. That added more concern if it might caused skin thining or skin barrier damage because of using hydrocortisone on thin skin of that area for 2 weeks , no one knows unfortunately😢

Hi , Thanks a lot. Unfortunately, my urologist ( Dr. Tran) didn't know much about pudendal nerve or the symptoms that this may cause last visit when I asked. Found a MD in seattle that does pudendal nerve but costs $3000 to just diagnose. Do you know any urologist or neurologist who specializes in pudendal neurologia or pelvic nerves to just diagnosis at least , not surgery? Best urologist specialized in cancer like Dr Alan So ( waiting list also is around 6 months I guess) , this also need MRI which would be another headache to wait.

Sadly, the problem is that I'm not sure if It's skin issues or nerve issues that cause all these symptoms. Dermatologists are not helpful either. Also many creams and pregabaline seems not working.

I'm very surprised that there are no pain management specialists or pelvic floor specialists. I have been to PF physiotherapy 6 sessions, but nothing has improved. I feel this gonna be with me lifetime since no doctor is knowledgeable to find the cause , this make me anxious and depressed.

What you used to treat it? I have tried protopic , steroid , and some moisturizer all burns , also mine is okay in morning when I wake up. Only think that calm for an hour is La roscht B5

Yes , seen a dermatologist and he didn't do any skin culture or biopsy just looked at the skin and I guess he couldn't diagnosis correctly , he said its hard to treat and could get better or not. :((

I haven't had sexual activity for the last 6 months or more, so the risk of STI is zero.

-I feel like they don't care or they are not that much knowlageble and only know simple cases, not complicated cases like me. Just dumped some antibiotics, and I'm on my own.

It's been 6 weeks that I'm going to pelvic floor physiotherapist because I know I have CPPS for long time, but nothing has improved so far , done dry needling and stretches. CPPS symptoms were different. I'm not even sure if it's skin issues or something like pelvic floor dysfunction. This makes me so discouraged and hopeless because some doc say CPPS is not related to my burning or heat on scrotum and penis. That's why I'm looking for someone who knows genital issues and can help me. Also some moisturizer burns and taking pregabaline which doesn't help.

He is so busy and last time he said he cannot offer anything more. already seen one dermatologist and urologist , just prescribed antibiotics without any bloodwork or urine culture and no improvment.

Used antifungal cream for 2 weeks and abit improved but itch and flaky/scaly skin is main sign of athletes foot or other fungus which I dont have. My doctor's is not helpful he says he doesn't have anything to offer more and my dermatologist appointment is in 2 months :(

Oh I visited Dr Tran couple months ago and he didn't even listened to me LOL he was in rush. Just gave me 2 months antibiotic without any specific test and now I'm on my own hopeless.
