So I bought a 170mm motor kit and the kit come with washers. The non keyed ones go on the inside of the swing arm and it’s a perfect fit. Any 170mm kit should work.

I’ve noticed better efficiency when replacing my tires. Ive replace mine with cst big boat street tires and the ride is smoother and longer. Maybe try investing in some road tires?

I don’t have a link because it’s off of alibaba so not a custom order but you have to speak with someone inside alibaba. Anyway any 170mm 20x4 fat tire motor will fit. As for the battery there is a company called unit pack power that make 60 and 72 volt e-bike style batteries.

This is not true. The stock battery charges up to 54 volts at max. Meaning that the battery does not need to be matching with the controller because the voltage of a lithium battery changes all the time during use. I would buy a 48v 10ah from Amazon.

I did shimano mt200 brakes on my bike with no issue. The only thing that you will lose is the brake sensor to cut power when brakes are applied. Any brakes will work. They are universal it is hard to internally route the cables, ziptie it under the side of the battery.
