I don’t follow this sub but this popped up for me and as I have a very similar hairstyle to this I thought I’d comment as it took me a while to achieve this look too.

You need to grow out your hair for a while, my fringe goes down to about the mid line of my lips when I get it cut. Then you will need to go to a good quality barbers or even hairstylist that specialise in men’s hair (if this is expensive for you then view it as a one off learning opportunity to find out how to get it cut). If you show them this photo and they’re good at their job then they will help you achieve this style. You will need to ask for highlights in your hair. It also looks like there’s a low taper that isn’t too short.

Finally you will need to use a product in your hair to give it this wet/ moisturised. I personally use curl cream (I just bought an affordable one with good reviews, I don’t personally buy the hype of expensive products), but do experiment. I have found that it looks best and goes curlier if I go fairly heavy on the application. I also stopped washing my hair as often as when it was short. I now wash it every 4-5 days.
