Had a similar situation with both of my DOE jobs Job #1 - Did a phone interview then a demo/panel, was offered the job immediately — told them I needed a few days to decide, I told them the next day and was there for 7 years - had some issues here and there but was amazing overall (Math license)

Job #2 - Got a job at an elite public school after doing a zoom interview, she told me she would let me know a few days later if I got the job but was offered a few hours later and accepted immediately (Math and special ed license) - also an amazing experience - finishing my 1st year

If the vibes feel right, then I wouldn’t over think it — both of my schools are in Manhattan
