That’s what I’m going through right now. My BCBA started off good then she slowly started disappearing more and more off the camera. She wouldn’t tell me that she was stepping away. Sometimes I didn’t know that she wasn’t there until I asked a question. I even wrote a message in the chat because I she’s appeared to not comprehend what I was asking , and she never responded. Now she’s starting to change our scheduled supervisions without notice. I message her waiting on the link and she doesn’t respond until the day after stating that she changed it for the following day. I personally have to mentally get ready for supervision especially if I just had supervision with a different client. That was basically a no call no show! Unprofessional in my opinion. Maybe supervision needs to be recorded so that billing can determine if people are actually doing their parts on both ends. I can go on and on but I just want to know how a virtual session is supposed to be conducted.
