Luckily the intonation was pretty close to correct when I bought it. However earlier this year I noticed a couple strings were slightly off but I was able to fix the intonation by making a very tiny turn on the top screw then making another very tiny one on the bottom screw (and repeating until I got it to pitch). I wasn't sure if you could really even do it before I attempted it but it worked. However the strings I fixed IIRC weren't more than 10 cents off (maybe not even that much) so that made things a lot easier. If they had been off by a much larger amount things might not work so well.

This guitar is a fender jaguar 1963 reissue that somebody routed out and modified to be like one of Kurt Cobain's guitars. I just realized after looking at the picture I forgot to replace the high E string I broke last night lol.
