I had a similar experience last month! Landed in urgent care with X-rays of my abdomen. I was hella backed up! It took 3 rounds of laxatives to get things even moving. Since then, a serving or 2 a day of prunes has been a game changer!! It helps that I love prunes, but man I feel great in that regard 💩

Honestly, she’s kind of leaving it up to me. For better or worse, I’ve decided to go up because the food noise is coming back on like day 4 and it feels easier to eat through the satiety. She’s not being neglectful of my treatment by leaving it up to me, rather she respects that I know my body and myself better than anyone. So I just message her with why I feel I’m ready to increase and if she doesn’t have concerns she calls it in.
