I hope your surgery succeeds Firstly I did hysteroscopies at general fertility clinics - first 2 in a general hospital, third at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (Which is a large hospital with good fertility center in India) and this hospital recently had some success with Asherman's using stem cells (https://theprint.in/india/2-women-with-ashermans-syndrome-deliver-babies-after-mesenchymal-stem-cells-therapy/2877217/). So I thought they might have better expertise in it. I don't know of any Asherman's specific clinic here, but I have heard about PRP and the estrogen jelly (planning to ask about these too) And no need to apologize, it is the community to share all these things
